| 0:05.0 | Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for. |
| 0:10.0 | Although faith demands placing one's trust in God, that isn't all there is to it. |
| 0:17.4 | There's an actual content of belief, actual propositions we must hold as true. |
| 0:25.0 | For example, imagine a wife telling her husband she was pregnant. |

| 0:33.0 | dear, I totally believe you, but I don't think we're having a baby. |
| 0:38.0 | You're either lying or mistaken and what you've said is untrue. |
| 0:43.0 | But again, I totally believe you. |
| 0:45.0 | Well, that kind of response would be pure nonsense. |
| 0:50.0 | His wife would say, |
| 0:52.0 | How can you pretend to believe me while disbelieving what I'm saying? |
| 0:57.0 | And she'd be right. |
| 0:59.0 | If you really trust the speaker, |
| 1:02.0 | then you accept what the speaker says as true. |
| 1:07.3 | This is equally required for the virtue of faith. |
| 1:11.9 | Many people say they have faith, meaning they feel that God exists, but |
| 1:18.7 | such a feeling is irrelevant and meaningless. Faith means we believe God relevant and we live according to those truths. |
| 1:23.0 | Faith means we believe God has revealed very specific knowledge and we live according to those truths. |

| 1:40.0 | Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. |
