newspaper about Scott Mills. You heard us talk about it yesterday. I'm sure the guys and the ladies

have been talking about it on talk for the last 24 hours. Scott Mills, the Radio 2 breakfast

presented the guy that was unceremoniously sacked on, well, I think it was

Monday or over the weekend, taken off air. It all went to a historical police investigation.

In detail, it was something that happened according to sources between 97 and 2000 when he was on

local commercial radio. But we find out today that the bosses

at the BBC yet again in a quandary knew that he was being quizzed by cops over sex

events against a boy who was under 16. This is in 2016. Yes, they investigated at the police and

then and then said, no, nothing to see here.

We're not charging him.

So number one, the BBC knew, right, knew that he was being investigated, kept him in my hair,

remained tight-lipped, knowing that he'd been interviewed between 2018 and 2019, right?
