Continue in our series today and so glad to actually get to this

podcast because I spent forever it seems working on a study of the non-canonical

Gospels and today we're finally going to talk about it here on the

Please Convinceme podcast. We've been looking at the last I'd say, well, of my sense may or so,

at the historicity of Jesus, the evidence that would support his existence as a real the was. And one of the areas that I am always interested in is this concept and it's really an

evidential concept that when you have somebody who claims to be an eyewitness to something,

you gather the information that the eyewitness claims to give you.

And then of course you want to look at other opposing views.

Let's say you had 10 witnesses to this.

And if all 10 say the same thing, with the kind of expected variation you would see within a witness

eye witness statements, then I think you've got a good evidential reason to infer that this is the truth

about what happened. But if you you had let's say five and

five what if five of these eyewitnesses said something very different I think we

owe it to ourselves to evaluate then the credibility and trying to figure out well which view is

correct and recently not too long ago I took a class from a Bart Airmen on it was not
