I think at four and six, you could pretty clearly say that you whiffed on the idea that he could

come in and win games right away. I am seeing a lot of goalpost movers and I am not okay with that.

Like, I am not that person who's going to say, well, this year was always

about developing McCarthy. The hell it was. The hell it was. After 14 wins last year and after

them calling him the franchise quarterback and all that sort of stuff, the things we've seen

behind the scenes are the reason we believe in moving on from McCarthy. No way, is anybody get to say this year was just about developing McCarthy?

They were supposed to win, and we know that.

But should we be, Mani, looking at this and saying, all right, well, yes, you're not going to win.

But had you brought back darnold had you

signed erin rogers had you gotten daniel jones and didn't give him opportunities to play and

develop would that be worse if you didn't really win like they're they're in kind of a conundrum
