Hey everybody, welcome back to another episode of the Catholic talk show today we're going to be talking with newly ordained Bishop

Toopes David Toopes from Beaumont Texas. Yeah, we're going to get the chance to ask his excellency some questions that I'm sure you have about the life of a bishop,

like how does one become a bishop, what is the theological understanding of the role of the bishop,

and so much more?

Now, I don't know if you know this but

Bishop Toopes was the dean of men at St. Vincent de Paul,

regional seminary when Ryan Delacross came to his last year.

That's what I'm excited about finding.

I want to hear this story.

And not to mention, I was also the rector of the same seminary when Father Giano went through his last year. All right, Bishop David Toopes. It's good to see your face. I'm really excited about this

episode because I was talking to my daughter about it and she had a hundred questions for me to ask you so be ready for that.
