awesome. So I quit smoking in my official last

secret was September 30th, 2017. Wow.

No. Well, I quit it. I put everything cold

jerky. So I haven't really picked up any more bad habits.

I could even smoke weed, but I'm a truck driver. So yeah,

just so you know, man, all right. So as far as quitting smoking

goes, because everyone who's tried to quit miles, you've tried

a couple of times. I did it once as part of a bet.

I was not dying to quit smoking, but I went about three months

thinking, all right. Well, I smoke again. So it says, uh,

apparently they say research suggests that smokers make an

average of 30 attempts before they successfully quit smoking.

That's one study. Another study shows that for many tobacco

users, it takes an average of six or more attempts to quit.

And then the CDC says they suggest anywhere from eight to

11 times before quitting permanent, right? I believe it.

Which is, yeah, I mean, that is the one where I've met many,
