and the power of expectation because my friend expectation is a powerful force.

Let me put it to you this way.

You're getting what you're expecting,

whether it's fair or not, whether it's realistic or not,

whether it makes sense to other people or not.

Think about it in small ways.

Maybe you expect that today you'll have the lunch that you plan to have.

Maybe it's like a healthy lunch. So you go to your favorite salad bar and you get your lunch,

right? That's your expectation. Maybe you expect you always find parking, or you expect

your friends to pick up the phone when you call them, or you expect to have a relaxing

evening because you set aside time for a bath and a face mask. Your expectation is ruling your life in big and small ways.

Just because some things feel completely controllable,

like ordering a lunch or planning a relaxing evening. Bigger things can also be so much more

within our realm of possibility than we think. Maybe you know someone or you've observed someone who just seems to get good results all the time, who seems to get what they want. They get the opportunities. You see them on social media. Good things just keep happening.

That's actually one of my mantras right now.

Good things just keep happening.

If you're in self-coaching society, you know all about that.

But when it comes to expectation, the way that Abraham Hicks describes it is

wanting without doubting. So literally you state silently or out loud a desire that you have.
