What have you, or did you almost choke to death on?

That's actually happened not too long ago. I was eating

pizza. It was like the first time I tried this pizza place in Everett It's like amazing by the way. It's called the Montes Pizza it reminds me of like the Greek pizza places from like on the East Coast, but anyway, there's a there's a few of those around. Oh, really.

Yeah.

But I choked on, it was like, had some like really good, like thick

loncerelle cheese on it.

And I just like, I don't know what happened, I like it was the first and only time I actually

thought I was choking like legitimately but luckily like coincidentally I was just talking about what happens if you choke and stuff because my dad was going through some stuff with a physical therapy after you had a stroke and they like said like if you ever start choking to just calm down and breathe through your nose and then like then you can you know gather yourself and that's what I did.

You know it seems like the theory of all things is hey man when you think

your life might end yeah when you're convinced you're about to meet your

maker and everything your life flashing before your eyes.

You know what, man? Just chill out.

The one thing that did. And I know the right. I'm just saying it's hard to remember not to panic because

panic is not something you volunteer to do.

You volunteer to stay calm.

Panic is something your body, flood you full of adrenaline and you just panic.

18, 19 years old had an apartment with ice cube trays.
