You know, when we look into the Kansas moms cases, I've been calling it, and we look into these four defendants here,

an interesting thing, of course, would be what defenses might these suspects raise in this

case? And you see the upper left-hand corner of this little thumbnail and you have the motive and

the overt acts and the premeditation, those things make it so much more difficult

for a defense attorney to defend the client. But we also notice when we look at this

thumbnail, there are four defendants, aren't there? So one of the things I think we all have to ask, who is the weakest one?

Who is the person that has the least culpability in regards to the motive and the overt acts in the premeditation?

Well, perhaps Cora Twombly.

Perhaps.

I don't know who the prosecution is looking toward to potentially cut a deal with.

If anyone, will they be looking to cut a deal with anyone?

That's a favorite

prosecutorial tactic because you can get an inside view into what actually occurred from

one of the defendants. And there's a possibility that Corotwombly could be the weakest link here.
