then Stan Smith himself. I'm so thrilled to have him on this episode to talk about his journey

to the Wimbledon Championship, but also how he persevered through losses along the way,

and how he leverages his life to give glory to God. So here's my conversation with Stan Smith.

Hi everyone, I can be more excited today to have Stan Smith joining us on the Passion

and Purpose podcast. He is a legend. And many of you already know Stan Smith because his face appears on the shoes

that you wear. In fact, I've got a pair of the classics right here that you, Stan, were so

kind to sign to me on my 60th birthday, so thank you for that. I left the tags on. It's not like

the off-white tags. It's just the tags from the store. But I just wanted to make sure.

You got to wear those. Don't just. No, you can't go wearing a shoe around that has your autograph on the side of it. And it just, it's getting a proper place in my study where I can appreciate it. But I got plenty more I can wear all the time. Thanks for joining us today, Stan. I respect you so much and just really happy to dive into conversation today. Well, thank you. this one is my current faith. And it commemorates you winning the U.S. Open, and it's hard to find.

So someone that we both mutually know gave me these as a gift, which I was really excited

about, Warm at Passion 2020 in Mercedes-Benz Stadium this year.
