Hey, what's going on?

This is the Saturday on South Podcast, I am Conor McGurrah.

Will is going to join us to talk neighbors in figuring out, but we both had a wild travel

schedule, so I'm flying solo on the open today.

Barrett Salih is going to join us to talk some more realignment things and then we're

going to dig into some Auburn stuff and whether or not George can repeat, but first,

we're going to be back after a week in Utah.

That was the longest trip I've taken since our honeymoon, which was five plus years ago.

That's a crazy thought.

Feeling very refreshed after a lot of time with my family in the mountains.

I loved deleting Twitter from my phone while I'm on vacation, but this week especially,

it felt like a good time to be off of Twitter with swimming websites attempting to break

news about college football realignment.

It's sort of prevented me from having a bunch of knee jerk reactions to every little report

about this team or that team trying to get out of contract, move conferences, but I

kind of settled on this.

College football fans are in a weird sort of helpless spot right now with all of this

change that's going on, which ironically enough is because of their interests and because

the sport has continued to grow.

They're essentially like kids who are moving with their family to a new house.

We move from Skokie to Buffalo Grove when I was six years old.
