I'm in the place to start when it comes to Iriola. I want to talk about a few different aspects of him, the managing,

and him the person acts over the course of the next 20 minutes or so.

But Bournemouth, Iriola's Bournemouth, have been outstanding.

From an entertainment value, obviously from the outside looking in,

I just really enjoy watching them as a neutral.

But there's clearly more than meets the eye in how that sort of happened

and why it's happened. So tell us how it's been so, because again, as a spectacle, I just quite like

watching you, but like there must be something he's done to make it so. Like, it's just been a

remarkable time. And obviously, he's now moved on to the next chapter

that next chapter could be Liverpool so yeah from your very broad strokes across how he's sort of

transformed Bournemouth if you like tell us how and why he's done it yeah i think um the first place

to start is perhaps he's shifted the mindset um of the the group to to mean that they never,

they go into games thinking they can beat anyone.

Whereas I guess previously with the club of the sort of ballmust size or sort of what they're

looking at in a Premier League season, you go into a game against the Liverpools,

the Man Cities, the Arsenal's going,

right, if we can get a point here, then that's a good result, or we're just trying to keep it

tight and sharp shop a bit. But he's very much of the philosophy that they go into every

single game to win it. And that has proved, prove, prove, prove, prove, prove the point this,

that this season and throughout his time, he's got, he's got, he's got big results against
