experience is the opportunity to find and pursue our purpose in life. When we think about the work

that we do and what we hope to leave behind,

we may wonder what people will say about us after we're gone. It can feel overwhelming to

define our individual legacies and to understand what impact we've left on the world and people

around us. But this desire to be remembered is normal.

It can help us face the terms of our own mortality and encourage us to make the most of the time we

have. The word legacy can often feel abstract and distant, and it may be easy to define the legacy that others

even be easier to define the legacy that others have left behind for us. Perhaps they inspired us to take pride in what we

do or to be more involved in our communities. For many of us, we may find that our intended legacy

aligns directly with what we believe our purpose to be. And for those of us still searching for what

makes our hearts sing, we may wonder how we can leave a legacy if we are unsure of what our

specific purpose in life might be. When we are in this uncertain place, it can be easy to get

caught up in the pressure of feeling like

we have to have it all figured out by a certain age or stage or season of our lives. In these

moments, it is important to remember that good things take time. In these moments, it is important

to remember that time is also relative. What may feel

like a lifetime for one can feel like the blink of an eye to another. On today's episode, I'd love for

you to join me in looking at butterflies for reminders on what it means to fulfill our purpose in life. No matter the species,
