| 0:34.1 | first talk about fasting. When you're fasting, you're not eating anything. Okay, you're drinking |
| 0:39.2 | water and you're fasting. If you consume supplements that are not like bone broth or branch |

| 1:08.2 | sea salt in certain nutrients, electrolytes and be vitamins because I've had people like |
| 1:14.5 | faint and have side effects and issues. So I want to make sure they have enough nutrients, |
| 1:18.9 | especially if they're new to it. But the point is that anything you eat is going to break |
| 1:23.5 | fasting except drinking water and most supplements. Okay, so does that make sense? So there's |
| 1:31.0 | eating some celery going to break fasting. Yes, chocolate going to break fasting. Yes, chewing gum |
| 1:36.1 | going to break fasting. Yes. So now let's switch over here to I think what people really want to |
| 1:41.5 | know, which is not necessarily, is it going to break my fasting? Is it going to break my ketosis? |
| 1:48.0 | Okay, and by the way, when you're doing fasting, you are definitely in some hardcore ketosis. |
| 1:53.6 | But people want to know what food specifically or what drink will stop my ketosis. So let's just |

| 2:06.5 | that every time you eat anything, you are going to have a spike in insulin. The more carbohydrate |
