Over the last few weeks, we have seen the High Court make historic and consequential rulings on lightning rod issues like religious liberty, immigration, guns, and abortion. Earlier this week, Fox News Chief Legal Correspondent Shannon Bream joined Lisa Brady to break down the biggest decision from this term and to look ahead at what major issues the Supreme Court may tackle next. Bream, who covers the Supreme Court closely, explained the reasoning behind some of their key decisions and how the ongoing legal battles could play out in lower courts.
