Welcome to the Black Girl Burnout Podcast with Kelley. Today I have a question for you. What are you waiting for? I hope that this episode galvanizes and motivates you to live a little bit bigger and bolder in your life today as we talk about how to opt-out of waiting and opt into now. There are times when patience is definitely a virtue. There are also times when there are things that we have to wait on. But, we also need to accept that there are conditioned thoughts that may be stopping us from having all the goodness that we deserve. I talk about our inheritance being joy and abundance, and love and community. Today, I want to encourage you to receive that you can align with your inheritance now. So, as a community, we are going to discuss how to opt into now, by talking about ways that we can effectively change our thought process. We are also going to discuss how to achieve love in life and in work. I love the ongoing conversation that we're having as a community. I love being transparent and honest with you. 0:46.7	take time. Healing is not something that happens instantaneously, it's a process, but
0:53.0	there are a lot of things that we may have in our vocabulary
0:58.2	that is stopping us from having all the goodness that we deserve. I talk about our inheritance
1:05.8	being joy and abundance and love and community. And the thing about this type of inheritance is it's not
1:14.0	something you have to wait to attain. Like most traditional inheritance, something tragic,
1:19.6	a person has to pass away. You may have a trust waiting for you that you have to get to a
1:25.5	certain age to get, not our inheritance
1:28.3	as black women.
1:29.3	Oh no, no.
1:30.3	Our inheritance is something we can get right now.
1:33.3	It's something that everyone deserves and everyone can have a piece of.
1:38.3	So we're going to opt into now by talking about how we can change our thought processes in this idea of waiting for.
