Father, we pray that by the power of your Holy Spirit

you would look down from heaven that you would see

that in our hearts it's a place where you are welcome Lord

that our lives are open.

We've come to you to ask you to change us.

We don't seek to change you.

You cannot be changed.

But God, we pray that you would instruct us.

And Father, prepare us this chapter.

It's such a great chapter of the Bible

that gets us ready for heaven.

It gets us in the mindset of where we're going.

And that's a beautiful thing Lord,

because we know how it ends.

And that's what gives us the fire in our hearts to fight

for what is right and to stand and to preach the word

even against opposition.

And to live out the truth of God

because this world as you said is a lie.

But your truth is coming.

We pray as a church family this morning

that your church would set us free
