Hello, my level up family. Merry Christmas. This episode is dropping on Christmas Day. So if you celebrate Christmas,

I hope you are having the most amazing, magical holiday just filled with so much love and joy and

abundance and belief, right? Chances are you might not be listening to this on release day,

but it is still Christmas week. It's the holidays.

And you know, here's what I want to talk about today. Most of us have heard the term spreading

holiday cheer, okay? Right. Like spread the cheer. And so when I think of this, I think of

spreading love, spreading joy, peace, faith, kindness, unity.

So those are some of the things that come to my head when I think about Christmas cheer.

And I also want to preface, like, you don't need to celebrate Christmas to be like spreading

the Christmas cheer.

Like Christmas cheer just means that good cheer, happy cheer, good things.

So I want to spend some time today talking about being mindful and intentional on what you are

spreading because we always want to remember that we have the power to change lives.

You have the ability to make a difference on so many levels.

So the words we speak are acts of kindness, the way we love, the way we listen, the way we

support. Together, we have the ability to make this world a better place. So what you are spreading,

it does affect other people. And I want us together to focus on spreading the good. So let's go

over things to spread this holiday season because what we spread becomes contagious. So when you hear the word
