hi friends welcome back to self-care daily i hope you are having a great day today. This week on the show,

we are allowing ourselves to step back into the beginner's mindset. So letting ourselves be more

humble, accepting the fact that there are so many things we truly don't know, and returning to a state of curiosity so that we can

learn new things and return to that childlike state of excitement about the world again.

Today, I want to connect to something that you feel curious about. I want to give a little bit of

attention and presence to your curiosity.

Curiosity is something that we have so much of as children. Children are naturally so curious,

so open to being a beginner in every area of life, open to not knowing, open to wanting to learn how things actually work in the

world. And the older we get, we tend to become a little bit more rigid in our ideas of what we know

and how much we know and how much we need to know. And we might even become a little bit arrogant

around feeling like we know most of the stuff and we know how the

world works and yes eventually we can become very set in our ways ticket please thank you
