0:31.7	The scripture is 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 17, and it says this.
0:38.3	This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person.
0:44.2	The old life is gone, a new life has begun.
0:49.1	The devotional is titled Put On.
0:52.3	Colossians 3, 10 begins by telling us to put on the new self.
0:56.8	The Greek word for Put On means to clothe oneself as if we are putting clothes on.
1:02.6	We are to put on things that go with our new life in Christ.
1:06.8	Compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience, forgiveness, and love.
1:14.0	Imagine putting on shirts of compassion, patience, and forgiveness.
1:19.2	So how do we choose kindness, humility, and gentleness?
1:23.8	It's not as hard as it seems.
