So the last podcast that we had and guys thanks for listening if you have a few seconds five-star

messages including from family members I got text messages from from

listeners of the podcast that and friends that that wanted to know of Chris was okay because

it just sounds so downtrodden and you know a part of this podcast I had what I like about doing it even though it's time consuming and we don't get a whole lot out of it and get criticized for it a lot too but I'm not

Part of what I like about doing it

is that it gives us a chance to kind of freelance a little bit

and not stick to the script of being on the message board or writing everything down.

We get to kind of riff a little bit here.

And I want to do a better job of being transparent.

And this is what I'm going to do today is explain why Chris was down a little bit.

I'm going to give him a chance to kind of go through his feelings

from last week.

And I think those feelings are still applicable

after Florida State's coming off of another blowout loss.
