| 0:49.1 | he sort of observed at the beginning that domestic consequences are nearly always overlooked, and yet they are |
| 0:56.6 | always hugely significant. They were then and will be whatever happens in the current |
| 1:01.9 | international crisis. Before we look at all of that, I was wondering with us lot, we're clearly |
| 1:08.2 | obsessive followers of politics and things at times like this where there are |
| 1:13.9 | highly stressful twists and turns on a near hourly basis do you you said the other day |
| 1:22.2 | lots of your friends are choosing to switch off and obviously they listen to us to get |

| 1:29.3 | Pain of excommunication. Do you try and sort of say, right, I'm going to do something else rather than think about all this? Do you know, yoga or kind of running, anything to get away from thinking about these things? |
