Can you believe it is already Monday the 4th of May?

Can you believe that it is?

I mean, it only seems like yesterday we were sort of attempting Christmas.

And then we finished Christmas.

Then we did the January sales and and then it went all bear shaped.

And then, and so now here we are rocketing through May, still not knowing what, what stores or places are going to be open so that we can go out and buy a few little bits and pieces.

I think in theory you should be able to open department stores.

The reason being, you know, you just,

you self-isolate in the department store. I've never been shopping somewhere where all of

a sudden I'm fighting other people for things. I mean, unless you're particularly stupid and

dumb. You know, you just automatically stand back till they've finished. There was a couple the other

day. I told the story on the program earlier on. So I'm outside Mars and Spencer's, okay, and I'm queuing. And there's only about four of us in the queue.

There was a couple of people behind me and I just needed to, because I'd run out of milk.

Again, I don't know where this, this milk must be evaporating in the fridge. Anyway,

in front of me there's an elderly woman and in front of her there's a bloke and then there's a couple with a push chair

okay couple with a push chair now the rule is from arts and spenters only one person per household

to allow in to go and do the shopping so anyway so they're standing there the woman standing outside the

shop and i could see her gearing herself up for saying excuse me only one person allowed in and so there's the woman standing outside the shop and I could see her gearing herself up for saying, excuse me, only one person allowed in. And so there's the woman standing there and the bloke next to her

and they're sort of chatting away animatedly. And they go to go in and she says, it's only one of you
