I'm so excited living vicariously through you. We are pumped. I will tell you the process of buying a house. Like you can't know it until you go through it. Yeah, for sure. It's such a pain in the backside. You know, they got it kind of down to a science. It's interesting, though, it used to be, I mean, literally, I've bought houses in the past.

It sounds like I'm a magnet.

I'm not.

But, I mean, I remember making phone calls to bankers, like, during a road trip and being like, yeah, we found this house. We're going to buy it. You know, go ahead and fax me the paperwork. I'll sign it and fax it back and then we'd close on it. I mean, literally, that's how it was. That's, of course, before the financial crisis that was primarily a result of that type of lending money. But any hiccups right now? Any... No, I mean, it's pretty sound. You've got to get your inspections done. You've got to call 47 people. They come in, they look at it. They do all their things. And then you kind of go through it. I will tell you, though, like this process and what I've heard and what I'm starting to see, it's like death by a $1,100 bills. Like you just get the $100, $100 for this inspection. $100 for that inspection. $100 for title. You know, it's just like those little answer to things that are annoying. Yeah, I would just make sure you get your closing statement well ahead of time.

Oh, yeah.

You know, scrutinize it.

Make sure there's nothing weird on there.

But, you know, as the buyer, that's a little bit easier than a seller.

I've seen it on the selling side.

It can be fascinating with some things tucked in there that you didn't really necessarily want to agree to. Well, good luck with that. Keep us posted. It'll be exciting.
