for or who we should be watching for coming up in this game versus Houston Texans. We know that

there's no playoff implications. A lot of people talk about this game as meaningless. Well, not so much,

even though the ultimate goal obviously is to end up with the highest draft pick and be able to go ahead and go into the offseason and try to build this team as good as possible. But they're still playing to watch for, and we'll talk about that. Segment number two, here in segment number one, news and notes of the day, including the latest injury report for both the Raiders and the Texans. So before we get into the injury report, before we talk about what to look for and who to watch for in this game coming up on Sunday, I got to give a big shout out to my brother. And he's not really my brother, but we share the same last name, kind of sort of. Got a shout out to my guy, Jacoby Myers, former Raider Y receiver, a guy that I talked about very in great detail, right? I talked about a lot on this show, on any platform that I have, that I felt like the Raiders should extend him. He's a guy that asked for a trade before the season got started because his contract, he was in a contract year and they were in negotiations. At least the reports were that they were in negotiations at one point. And then it broke down. Eventually, after the Raiders lose to the Jacksonville Jaguars at Allegiance Stadium, the Jaguars make the trade for Jacoby Myers. And all he's done is excelled there in Jacksonville. Obviously, they're a winning team right now and look like a team that's going to make a push for the playoffs. And who knows what they'll do once they get there. But Adam Schaefter tweeted out on Thursday afternoon, and I was super fired up to see this tweet. ESPN sources

six weeks after trading for him. The Jaguars are finalized in a three-year contract extension

for wide receiver Jacobi Myers that ties them to Jacksonville through 2028. Myers was scheduled to be a

free agent after the season, but not anymore. Jacoby Myers in six game with the Jaguars, 27 catches, 355 receiving yards, and three touchdowns.

In seven games with the Raiders, just to put this in perspective,

352 yards, no touchdowns,

and that's still good for third behind only Brock Bowers and Trey Tucker.

So on the season,

Jacobi Myers between the two teams has 707 total yards and three touchdowns.

Clearly, he's a lot happier in Jacksonville. He's seen that he's valued. They decided to

extend him a contract extension. And I'm sure you're wondering if you haven't already seen it,

well, how much did he get? Three years, $60 million deal that includes 40 million guaranteed. And the the reason why and i'm not counting anyone's pockets not ever going to do that i want these guys to get as much money as possible that's the deal that we talked about so many times on this show that the raiders could have done right everyone's like well how much money does jacobby want he's not a number one wide receiver he's only a And I said, man, given a guy $20 million with the way the wide receivers are getting paid,
