about having a podcast is that we can speak about how you feel but at the same time you almost have

you want to be respectful to all parties of all because you've been in those positions as well.

You more than myself and so I have so many thoughts on that but let's just jump right into

hot takes man. Let's jump right into the hot takes. So one of the things that I speak to my

intimacy clients about is are you married to monogamy or are you married to the relationship

right and so please explain on the episode I was the thought continued to come to my mind

are we trying to be married to an engagement to eating an engagement or are we trying to

find the level of our life and I I posed a question last night on my social I was like

yeah what how do you guys feel about what took place today and a lot of people feel the

exact same way like what are we here to do is it to get engaged is that the angle or is the

angle to find love and so but also you could say hey well the show's been off for 20 years the

point of the show is getting engaged right why getting engaged if I don't truly love that person

if I'm not truly but wait I would actually are we are we making assumptions here that

it's a one person in particular maybe was giving up the love of their life I'm not saying that

what I'm saying specifically is this right here is it do we shun people for being honest

or do we applaud people for telling you exactly what I want I'm speaking about even and I'll

speak about Rachel because I feel that a lot of times all we ask for is honesty in a person

and this goes back to nonviolent communications there's four parts to nonviolent communication
