You can be a year round women's sports fan more than ever.

And I love it because as I just kind of, you know, ran down the list, there are so many good

stories, such good moments.

And it's just, it's not stopping.

Hello, everybody and welcome to today's edition of the late sub.

I'm not even going to give the date because we are looking back in this episode.

We're going to take a moment.

It's the holidays.

It's a time for reflection.

We're going to talk through the year that 2024 was.

We're going to talk about a transformative year in women's sports from beginning to end.

Some of my favorite moments, some of the growing pains of an

emergence, you know, this whole sector of the sports landscape. Yeah, and just take a pause and

appreciate what we got to see this year because it was truly, truly incredible. Let's just go ahead

and jump in. All right. So obviously, the late sub is a news podcast. We're always talking about

the breaking news, the new topics of the week, new things to dig into,

lots of news happening in women's sports every single day. But this seems like a good time to kind

of take a look back at the year that 2024 was because I think sometimes with the news cycle,

with the go, go, go, we don't always have time to sort of take a second and reflect on what it is

that women's sports experienced over the course of a year,

especially a company like ours where we're on to the next, right?

One sports over, the next one begins.
