high school i was a cross country runner and was basically skin and bone i don't remember my exact weight

but i was the typical scrawny team with no muscle and skinny guy abs. So I wanted to get some muscle.

Obviously, my training and diet took a few years to get on track, but I trained three to six

days per week and went hard.

By 18, I had my diet and training down.

I was still a cardio freak and ran multiple marathons that year.
