It is Elise Delbaum. She was on Colton season. She as Jared has so eloquently put it was in the running for the Bachelor of the Rett.

I still think she might be at some point later on. She's probably going to grace her screens again on Paradise at some point in her lifetime.

Thanks so much to Dean and Jared for having me again. I'm so excited to be taking over this episode of What a Girl Wants.

And you may know me from the Bachelor as the self proclaimed Cougar. So today I want to talk about what it's really like dating in your 30s.

There's certainly some obstacles that come along with it. For instance, I honestly do not know how to approach some of the subjects that I would never have thought to even talk about when I was in my 20s such as divorce kids.

All of these things that quite frankly, I never would have even thought to bring up when I started dating someone in my younger years.

So now I'm trying to navigate how to approach these subjects in a way that doesn't absolutely terrify men off.

And today I'm so excited that we're going to have a guest on that might be able to help us.

But specifically for me, I've noticed that when you're dating in your 30s, not only is there this societal standpoint of you should be married and you should already have kids.

And for those of us that decided to focus on career or maybe we just haven't found that person yet.
