I'm Frank Feldman, and I'm Dan Beacher, and coming up on the show today, Dan,

Blahowdy, have we got something to talk about with this just wonderful HBO series?

We're here. It's a show that follows three drag queens through small town

America. In the flying tradition of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, or two-wong foo,

those of you who remember that far back. Indeed, and so, but it's a reality TV version

of that. They came to Utah. We're going to talk about that episode and how well the Mormons

came off. Yeah. They just seem like such a warm and welcoming community. Hopefully you

can hear the sarcasm in my voice. But first, Dan, we've got some stories to talk about,

don't we? Yes, indeed. Some things that happen in the world. This is one from here in Utah,

Dan, down in Provo, having to do with a homeless man, by the name of Lewis Charles Adon Zamora,

Jr., who was arrested this last Tuesday night after he was caught on surveillance footage at the

Provo or one of the two Provo temples of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Yes, the downtown one. Which didn't used to be a temple. It used to just be a little assembly

hall. That's true. It was a tabernacle. The thing with Mormon tabernacles, which they used to

build a lot of here in Utah, they don't know what to do with them anymore. It's kind of a funny thing.

So anyway, yeah, it was this really night. It was actually a pretty cool

space for community events back in the day. I went to a number of just community concerts

that were there. They would host anything that was like, you know, there wasn't, you know,

body or whatever. But usually it was very Mormon-y because everyone down there is Mormon.

Yeah, exactly. But nonetheless, they converted it to a temple after it burned down. Anyway,

Zamora was cold. So he broke in to stay warm. That's the building he picked. He broke.
