You're right I do have demons in my apartment and I haven't been sleeping so I've been doing this thing called sweat it out.

And what I do is I go out in my courtyard. And I cover myself in blankets to the point where I get so hot I get exhausted then I go take a shower and that right there

that process kind of makes me so tired I can go under oh just so slightly I sleep

better with heat stroke too yeah yeah but it's almost like I have to get I have to make myself exhausted. I could see that. Thank you, Denny's. I can see that working. He's the ultimate yay hype guy. He's your yes man.
