Welcome to the program. I want to tell you a moment about rough greens. Think about for a second,

your dog's food. How healthy is it for them? If you have kibble food, you're putting in the dish.

The answer is probably not that healthy. Kibble food is sterilized, so it can have a long shelf life,

which I guess makes sense, but the good stuff dies in the process. Your dog just isn't getting that

much out of it. Certainly he's not getting the best that you could be giving him. We talked about

this with our own dogs. Glenn's dog Uno was one of the first dogs that I know that was

started taking rough greens. He noticed the difference right away. Rough greens isn't a dog food.

It's a supplement. You can sprinkle on top of the food and it gives you essential, okay,

look, it's the dog, actually, essential vitamins and nutrients. I guess you could eat it too, but I

wouldn't necessarily recommend it. It's designed for dogs. I mean, if you're really hungry, if you're

like that guy that was lost on the boat, maybe you can have some rough greens, but other than that,

I wouldn't recommend it for humans, but it is really, really healthy. So where do you go?
