What's a pleasure to have her on it. Absolutely pleasure. How are you boys? What have you been up to?

I have heard a little rumor, Crouchy, that you've been despite everything you said, you've been

out on a bike. I've really enjoyed it. I took my oldest girl out so we went on a proper bike ride.

And we must have done about five miles. I enjoyed it. There was no light cry and we went on a trail.

We just went for miles. I wasn't a person in sight and I was at one with the bicycle.

That's where it should be. Cycling should just be a lovely way to get around.

Normal as anything, like getting into a car, but you would Tom get dressed up, skin tight.

If you'd have a go at some people passing you by in the car, just out stinking attitude.

Did you, I want to go, probably, on your helmet? I'm happy to say that I don't.
