On the domestic front, the Justice Secretary's plans to reform the Crown Court system in England and Wales are about to be debated in Parliament for the first time and could be in some trouble.

The leading Labour rebel against the proposals to restrict jury

trials for some criminal cases tells us why he is so angry. That's all coming up, but first,

let's meet my panel. Alex Ballinger is the Labour MP for Hales Owen, a former captain in the Royal

Marines. He served in Afghanistan and later ran

aid operations in Syria. He's a member of the Foreign Affairs Select Committee and chairs the

all-party group on the Armed Forces. Do you find there's a sort of cross-party camaraderie among

MPs who've served in the military, Alex?

There is, although not between Royal Marines and the Parachute Regiment.

A little bit of arguments there, but otherwise, yeah, very camaraderie.

Good to have you with us. George Freeman is the Conservative MP for Mid-Norfolk.

Before Parliament, he was a Cambridge-based entrepreneur in the biomedical sector and went on to

become a science minister. He's now deputy chair of the Common Science and Technology Committee and

a UK trade envoy to Southeast Asia. Hello again, George. Great to be back, Ben.
