The Chancellor Rachel Reeves is off to Washington for a meeting of the IMF,

while Ed Miliband is hosting an international summit on energy security. We will look ahead to both.

We'll also discuss the recent Supreme Court ruling on single-sex spaces. Should it be seen as a landmark in

the culture wars? And as hereditary peers face their final expulsion from

the House of Lords, we will consider the future for the upper chamber. What chance of any further

reform? First, let's meet my panel. Joe White is the Labour MP for Bassett Law. Elected last year,

she is a former counsellor and trade union official.

And Joe is leader of the Red Wall Caucus of Labour backbenchers, which is trying to stop

Labour seats from toppling to reform. Hello, Joe.

Good evening. Why did you set up the Red Wall Caucus? And what does it stand for?

Well, we're a group of MPs, a Labour MPs,

who come from very, once that were once traditional Labour voting areas

that had heavy industries such as in my area,

which had coal mines and heavy manufacturing.

And as those industries have died,

that traditional commitment to voting labour has gone with it.

And those people, there's a sense of being left behind

because nothing has really replaced those jobs and the skills that went with it.

Yeah, I'm sure we'll talk about some of those themes during the course of the programme.
