who use this lawsuit to say, aha, see, Arkansas destroyed the evidence, they wanted to bury the evidence,

and meaning it's proof of the West Memphis 3's innocence. Is that true? No. This is, as with most other

innocence fraud agendas, this is just another PR graph.

Because if they really wanted to do DNA evidence, they wouldn't have been calling the

prosecutor and trying to get the prosecutor to send the evidence to their lab.

What they would have done was filed a petition in state court saying there's a new DNA testing method.

We want this evidence tested with this new method and we're entitled to that under the law.
