I can't swim, he can't run. Although you are doing a bit of serious cycling tomorrow

here, aren't you? Yes, we're recording this on Saturday afternoon. So I've been, I've

been asked to do a 30 mile cycle tomorrow, so I thought I better do that. You're absolutely

right, I can't run. I've, I'm down to one working leg and clearly with COVID around you,

you can't actually get anybody to fix the other one. No, that's true. Yeah, not, is it

the Baroness has asked you to cycle 30 miles? Yes, yes, there's, there's something happening

at John Lewis apparently and I've got to collect something for it. That's the little

insight into the life in Sussex there for you, wouldn't be. It's question state, but we

do have a couple of news stories to bring you Kirin. This one is slightly gone under the

radar except I think in the London press. It's a potential take over at West Ham by a consortium

who insist they already have the money and are ready to go at a moment's notice. Yes,

this story is sort of broke over the past seven days. It's a company called PAI Capital

and I know we have been asked by some West Ham fans to, you know, can we do a bit of digging

about them and the only thing I can find is that the company appears to have been set

up earlier this year with with £10,000 worth of shares. Now that's not really helping us.

You know, there's, they could have access to, you know, big tranches of money from elsewhere.

So that's not necessarily a down, you know, a negative issue. The company's chief exec

appears to be a guy called Philip Beard who does have history in the world of football.

He used to be the Queen's Park Rangers chief exec. He also ran the O2. He was also involved
