All right, it is time to finish up our offseason grades now.

And we left off with the L.A. Lakers at the end of our last episode.

That means we'll start with the 2024 offseason regrades from the Memphis Grizzlies.

And before we commence, of course, our rubric, the way we go through all this, the distribution of grades, what it's based on.

We discussed that amply in previous episodes.

We will not bore you with it here.

Instead, we'll talk about what the Grizz did in a 2024 offseason that looks more impactful in retrospect, perhaps, than it did at the time.

Yeah, I would say that it does. And we can start

with the Grizzlies draft. They entered with number nine, number 39, and number 53. They used

those selections on Zach Eadie, Jalen Wells, and Cam Spencer. And, you know, E.D. at number nine, I had more thoughts on because I had scouted more guys.

I was a little below on that. He had a nice rookie year.

Jalen Wells at 39 hadn't gotten, you know, we'd, of course, seen him in Summer League, but he had a really nice rookie year.

I had him as my rookie of the year. He didn't get that honor. And then Kim Spencer,

you know, still on the team, at 53 capable player. And so that draft looked like, it looks

very good when you consider the picks that they had and who they got. Yeah, I think so. E.D.

I would say, looks like he's going to be a solid starter for them for a while.

To me, if you just look at the impact metrics, now those are helped by the fact that he,

like a lot of players, Vasilica's protected from matchups that weren't right for him.

But you can do that with players.

They don't have to play the entire game, and he was certainly effective in his role.

So now he has had, you actually presaged this when he said, oh, he's had some ankle injuries.

Now he's actually in last summer league, and that has continued to play,
