Hello and welcome back to the podcast. I'm your host Evan Brand. Thanks for joining me. I just got back from Florida.

And overall, I do not recommend Florida. Sorry people that live there. I'm sure you're great people. I've got many clients in Florida. You're great people. But my God, Florida is the most moldy state I've ever been to.

You know, I'm like a canary in the coal mine now, because after you get

exposed to mold, you're able to basically go in a building and know within two to three minutes,

whether it's moldy or not. You either something changes with your vision or you get dizzy or you get

brain fog or you get tired or you feel heavy. You know, there's a lot of these canary type symptoms people express in

different ways. But every single hotel my wife and I and the kids went to, I knew within a few

minutes of going in there it was moldy. I mean, think about it, right? You've got drywall,

paperbacked drywall, and you've got rain on a pretty much daily basis during the summertime. Of course, we're talking in

December, so it didn't rain at all, but excess humidity alone, even without water damage is enough to

create mold. So it was crazy. We went into one place. I just had a bad feeling as soon as we walked in.

So we got a kitchenette because we like to cook and have good quality food while we're

there. And so we go into this one building. I thought, oh my God, this place is moldy. And so I

opened up the kitchen sink in the room and look under there. And of course, surprise. There's

black mold under the kitchen sink.

And you could tell where the disposal had leaked, either was still leaking or had previously leaked,

there was water damage all over the cabinets. And you could just tell, you ever walk into a place

and it seems real dark and just like a dungeon, that is one of the ways you can tell if it's a

moldy place. Like if it just has this kind of dark energy to it, now a lot of you, if you're not

impasse or if you're just not in tune, you may not pick up on this. But people who know they're

shaking their head right now going, yep, yep, I know what you're talking about if you walk into those places and it just seems

dark that's like a dark energy that's usually a sign hey you got to get the heck out of there it's
