Good morning and welcome to the Independent Republic of Mike Graham right here on talk radio.

Now that the dust is settled, now that all those people who got emotional yesterday have calmed down,

we await to the news that the day is full of gloomy skies.

There's rain and there's lots of unanswered questions.

Following yesterday's news of the first approvals for an anti-COVID vaccine in the UK,

the facts are beginning to settle down.

And here's where we are.

The same old questions still remain unanswered.

Is the vaccine going to be mandatory?

Boris Johnson says it isn't.

Well, that's good. Are people who refuse to take it going to be

continually referred to as anti-vaxxers? That would seem to be the case, and that's not so good.

Is there going to be a consistent campaign by the medical establishment to demonise anyone who questions it?

That's also not so good. How about these questions? The people who have had COVID need to get the vaccine. Nobody seems to know. The young people who are at least at risk need to get it.

The children need to get it.

If you listen to JVT, as Jonathan Van Tams seems to now be called by All and Sundry,

as if he's some kind of medical superhero with a gown, with a mask, with a needle, right?

His doe-eyed crusade is all about being in it together. He's

doing a sort of a world tour this morning of television studios to try and tell everyone

how brilliant he is and to try and tell everyone how pathetically useless the government are. I

think he's going to make a couple of blunders. I think he's going to drop everybody in the
