Well, anyhow, we've got a cool episode coming up today. Missy Graff Ballone is our guest.

And now I'm going to just give you a little bit of heads up on this because

Missy is a,

is a,

a potter. In other words, she's been a potter,

but she is more of a

of a wellness person and she does this or made of a wrote a book called wellness

for makers and it's basically she wrote a book for our bodies and she comes at it with the

perspective of like hey if you're going to be a maker what does it take for the long haul to keep your body in good shape and to make sure that your body's available for you as an artist to do it for the, well, like I said a moment ago, the long haul.

And she has that special place in her heart specifically for

potters because she knows that we put this specific exertion through our backs and our arms

and our wrists and our hands. And so she really understands because having been a potter,

she understands what the body goes through to create our art.

So, this book, I think, is phenomenal because it's written specifically for people like you and like me that are makers and that use our bodies to create the work that we

create. So, yeah. So I'm really excited to be able to bring this episode to you. So let's jump into

this conversation that I had with Missy Graf Ballone right after this word from, well, let's just talk about that for a second.
