| 0:00.0 | The following podcast is a dear media production. |
| 0:17.8 | Hello, hello, hello, and welcome back to That's the Point podcast. Happy Wednesday, everyone. We've missed you. We've loved you. And we're ready to just brighten your day. Oh, absolutely, Chris. Happy Wednesday to you, my dear. Happy Wednesday to you, my dear. We're having coffee. It's actually pretty gorgeous out here, 75 degrees here in Nashville, Tennessee. |
| 0:40.8 | I mean, my allergies are already coming on. |
| 0:44.3 | Like I've taken allergy medicine the last three days. |
| 0:46.9 | Oh. |
| 0:47.7 | Sneeze attacks, cough attacks, runny eyes. |
| 0:51.0 | But you know what? |
| 0:51.9 | I'll take it all day long for this gorgeous weather. |
| 0:55.2 | Oh, I'm so glad I don't have allergies. I know. You tell me every season when it's allergy |
| 1:01.3 | season. Because if I did, I know I wouldn't shut up about it. Yeah. But it does give me a little |
| 1:06.9 | bit of a superiority complex. I'm like, I'm not affected by the pollen. I'm not affected by |
| 1:12.1 | the grass. On my way over here, though, it was a beautiful drive. Oh, just a gorgeous country |
| 1:18.3 | drive over, you know, the drill. Sun's just peeking over the beautiful hills of Franklin. And I started |
| 1:26.2 | seeing little pockets of blooms all over. It's dandy lions. I mean, it's daffodils. No, that too. But like the trees, what are they? Dogwoods. Oh, yeah. The dogwoods are starting to bloom and I'm just like, my gosh, my gosh, my gosh. When the dogwoods start to bloom. When the dogwood woods bloom. It's a good day here on TTP. That's for darn sure. Our daffodils are crazy. Did you see them all along the fence line? Oh, honey, I saw them. It's time for me to go pluck some of them. Yeah, you need to pluck them. One cool thing about daffodils is you don't plant them. They just show up every year. I know. Do you call that perennials or annuals? Well, I always get confused. I do too. I get confused. Because I would think an annual is what comes back every year, but I think it's not. You have to plant annually and perennials come back on their own yes i think perennials come |
| 2:18.6 | back and we're both probably wrong who knows but it's been magical seeing a little um peep of spring |
