all good things but it's so much more than that.

We know that at least one in six people probably have some sort of mental health

diagnosis often undiagnosed or under-diagnosed. One in eight in the, according to the World Health Organization, live with a

diagnosed mental disorder.

So we're not talking about something that's rare or unusual.

It's everywhere.
