Welcome to another episode of the fittest podcast. I know I know I sound terrible. We'll get to that in just a second.

This is why we had to take a week off last week.

Thanks for joining me, Fran and I are actually doing today's podcast from the couch with blankies.

And it is because I have never been sicker in my life that I've been in the last couple of weeks. Are you so tired of me?

No, babe. I'm just enjoying this quarantine edition podcast. I feel like back in 2020.

I know and we're almost to 2022. What has happened? So this is what happened. I I've been sick for two and a half weeks and I don't even really know where to start with it.

But I'll just hit the high points. Mainly that I thought I had a cold didn't get better went to one ER a couple weeks ago on what a Sunday morning around 4 a.m.

That I think that visit's going to cost me an arm and a leg because it was one of those like small private ERs, but I was so sick.

I was coughing so hard they did a COVID test, the flu test, the strip test. I had strap, which was strange.

And so they put me on some antibiotics and was taking them started feeling better after a few days and then Christmas morning woke up with 103 fever that we couldn't get down.

So that was just a joy on Christmas morning. And I yeah, Fran is you're very, very concerned.

Of course, when do you have a or baby inside of you and you have been having fever non-stop for a whole day? It's very concerning.
