doesn't really ring a bell, but if you will follow my teaching here out of First Kings

Chapter 17, I'll explain this in more detail. But this little booklet is just dealing with this portion

right here about First Kings chapter 17.

Now, this is just a portion about the life of Elijah,

and I've got this larger teaching, lessons from Elijah that go all the way through

2nd Kings, Chapter 2, where Elijah was caught up into heaven.

And so this covers, I don't know, 20 or 30 chapters of the life of Elijah, and we also have that in

CD and DBD and USB. We'll be giving out all of that information at the end of the program.

But if you've missed the first three days, I've spent three days covering two verses,

and man, some people think, how can you do that? I've rushed through it. There is

much more here that the Lord has used this and spoken to me than what I've been able to say.

But in a nutshell, Ahab and Jezebel were the kings of Israel and they had rejected the Lord as being

the God of Israel and they had instituted bail worship,

and they were killing any person who proclaimed that the Lord was the God of Israel.
