Howdy everybody and welcome to the very first Theria Throwdown.

What we've done is we've taken the entire cast, divided them into teams of two where they'll be playing a level 10 version of the

character they are playing in this arc and we are pitting them against each other in a battle to

the death to see who is the strongest team.

Now before we get into the rules of the tournament let me just tell you.

We started plotting this a while back. It was going to be a March Madness thing. We had some, you know, we had some babies born. We had stuff going on so, you know, it kind of got pushed back to the summer. So all summer long we are going to be airing these extra

bonus episodes. This week it's going to take the place of our standard episode while we edit.

But they'll be up every Monday in June.

Then we're going to go to the semi-final round in July, and then obviously August we're going to wrap the whole thing up.

It should be out just before DragonCon actually. The theory of throwdown was actually Jasper's idea to call it after the March

Madness thing kind of it was April or May by the time we actually started getting this

going so we obviously had a few goals for this we wanted to fill up some

space in the feed give you guys something a little extra to listen to on Wednesdays

just because we you know we were a little lean the first part of this year.

Obviously it also gives a chance for cast members to practice their characters and do stuff
