Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

I'm a little bit distracted today because we just welcomed into the world, my grandson,

Cormac James, who was born about an hour ago, six pounds four ounces.

We will post a nice picture of him

on the podcast.

So we offer this Rosary and Thanksgiving for

the entrance of Cormac James into the world and for safe delivery for both he and my daughter Sarah.

And we continue to offer our Rosary all united together, combined with the intercession of soon

to be blessed Pauline Jericho for the complete healing and recovery of Olivia Canili.

And so let's pause for you to add all of your intentions.

There's a great battle going on in the world today and it's not between black and white,

it's not between red states and blue states, it's not between the US and Russia. It is between the woman

clothed with the sun and the great red dragon, the devil. You need to

understand what is really happening and you need to understand how to fight.

And it ties together with the feast that we celebrated yesterday on the heels of Pentecost, the Feast of Mary, Mother of the Church.

As a Catechism states, Mary's spiritual motherhood extends to all men whom indeed he came to save.

Mary is the spiritual mother of all peoples, whether they recognize it or not, and we want them to know her because she

will lead them to Jesus and whom they will find eternal life and peace and the

happiness they desire.

The first reading from the feast yesterday

came from Genesis chapter 3, and it's significant.
