Our show, Nora and I, will come out every Monday breaking down all the news from the league.

We'll have guests, big picture topics.

We're here to educate you not only on the things happening in that given week, but what's going to happen this season?

The seasons after that with any topic in the league.

On Wednesdays, flying coach is back, this time with LA Rams head coach Sean McVeigh and the NFL network's Peter

Schrager. They'll appear on this feed on Wednesdays. That's going to be awesome. A lot of good football, Nora. A lot of good football. And maybe a little bit of Rams Beach House talk. And some good hair. I'll leave that up to the listener to figure out who has the best hair of everybody on our feet. I don't want to overstep my bounds.
