It's started on Monday.

It's going through Saturday.

And it's every step of the off season along the way where we're looking at cash spending

and salary cap management, contracts, contract

extensions, free agency, the NFL draft, the 53 man roster projection, how to handle all

this dead money. It's a pretty comprehensive look at all of the layers that go into team

building. And it's my favorite exercise of the year because it forces you to have to put all the

talking points together into one presentation.

It's very easy to talk about what we should do with this player or what the best plan is

for that.

But when you zoom out and you look at the full picture, it becomes very challenging to do something called

the annual Miami Dolphins offseason blueprint, which is what we are continuing on here today.
