The treadmill has been fast to start 2026, that's for sure. At least in the news flow. Oh, gosh. Yeah, the news flow, and by the way, it's all across the map, but if we just constrain ourselves economically, a lot of stuff happening. Here's what I want to talk about today, Paul. So I was trained. I mentored.

I did day trading for a while, and I traded futures and stocks and individual things like that for a while.
